Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be included in your total order cost during checkout. SCHOOVIP reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on the shipping location and size of the order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the payment is confirmed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons (such as holidays) for processing and shipping.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of order, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restock date or suggest alternatives.
3. Shipping Destinations

- International Orders: Varies by destination, but typically ranges from 7-14 business days.
6. Order Issues and Address Corrections
If your order has been shipped but you realize that there was an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue. However, SCHOOVIP is not responsible for lost or damaged items once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Signature on Delivery
